ABOUT Chris Curran

The author.
Their perspective.

Chris Curran is the author of six atmospheric psychological crime novels under her own name and one, The Guesthouse, as Abbie Frost. Her most recent title, When the Lights Go Out, was inspired by Chris’s early career as a seriously unsuccessful actor.

She is a huge fan of Daphne Du Maurier and Agatha Christie (particularly the darker stories, like Endless Night and The Pale Horse). In between novels, Chris loves writing short stories and her work has appeared in a number of anthologies. Her stories have twice been shortlisted for the CWA Margery Allingham award.
