Bring us into the world of your book. We want to understand its story, its readers and the voice behind it.
Meet our authorsWhat to include
Your covering letter
Introduce yourself and your book. Include its title, genre, intended readership, word count and whether the manuscript is complete.
Fiction
Include a short synopsis covering the whole story, including the ending, and the opening three chapters or up to 10,000 words.
Non-fiction
Share a proposal outlining the idea, intended audience and chapter structure, plus sample writing and the experience or expertise you bring to the subject.
Your writing background
Include relevant publishing history, awards or experience, if any. Note existing representation and whether the work has already been submitted to publishers.
If your book is illustrated or for younger readers, state the age range and include a link to relevant artwork. Keep the initial submission focused on one book.
