Privacy notice

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This notice explains how personal information is used in connection with this website, enquiries and applications for representation. It does not replace any additional privacy information provided as part of a representation agreement.

Who we are

WGM Talent Agency Limited, trading as WGM Atlantic, is responsible for the personal information it handles through these activities. Our company number is 09821322 and our registered office is 17 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W1S 1BN.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@wgmatlanticgroup.com or write to our registered office.

Information you share

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company, professional background and details of your enquiry. Applications may also include a biography, CV, headshot, portfolio, showreel, writing sample and information about existing representation.

Only provide information relevant to your enquiry. Please avoid sending identification documents, financial information or sensitive personal details unless we have specifically discussed why they are needed.

The website enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. Selecting “Review enquiry” does not send it to WGM. You choose whether to open your email app and send it, copy it, or download it. WGM receives the message when you send it to us.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, assess applications, discuss bookings and projects, and manage our professional relationships. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the agency and responding to people who contact us. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, or we are carrying out a contract with you, we rely on contractual necessity. We may also need to retain or disclose records to meet legal obligations.

Where a particular use requires consent, we will seek it separately. Sending an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. You can withdraw consent for a use based on consent without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

Professional profiles

Our roster includes professional names, biographies, photographs, credits, awards and work samples. These materials come from represented talent, their representatives and public professional sources, such as broadcasters, publishers and award organisations. We use professional profile information to promote represented talent and help industry clients find relevant people and work. Contact us if your profile needs correcting or you have concerns about material shown.

Who may receive information

Relevant members of our team handle enquiries. Email, website hosting and other service providers may process information to deliver those services. Where relevant to your enquiry or representation, information may be shared with prospective employers, casting teams, producers, publishers or other professional partners. Legal or professional advisers and public authorities may receive information where necessary.

Our work involves international contacts. If your enquiry or representation requires information to be sent outside the UK, the applicable destination, recipient and transfer arrangements depend on the activity. Contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your information.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, whether an enquiry remains active, whether representation or another professional relationship follows, and any legal or contractual recordkeeping needs. Information should not be kept longer than necessary for those purposes. You can ask us about the retention period for your particular enquiry or request deletion, subject to any lawful reasons for continued retention.

Website storage and external services

The website uses session storage to remember the menu poster rotation during your browsing session. This stores a number, rather than your enquiry or contact details. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to the website.

Our website host, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Some pages load video or other media from external services. Those providers may receive technical information when their content loads and may use their own cookies. External websites, social platforms and media services have their own privacy notices. Your browser settings can restrict cookies and site storage.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restricted use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request a portable copy of information where that right applies. These rights are subject to legal conditions. The enquiry form does not make automated decisions about representation.

To exercise a right or raise a concern, contact hello@wgmatlanticgroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or telephone 0303 123 1113.

Updates

We will update this notice when the website or relevant information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
