TR Guest writes fiction, screenplays and plays, with a particular interest in comedy and stories about outsiders. His published short fiction also spans horror.
His thriller feature Nobody was a Shore Scripts semi-finalist. He wrote the libretto for Pegasus Opera’s Let the Music In, performed in London in 2016, and won the Theatre Futures award, with Mother’s Ruin and Miss Hecate performed at the Soho Theatre.
His journalism and copywriting clients have included Vogue, Press Association, MTV, Channel 4, Sky and FilmFour. He has also written scripts and material for performers including Armstrong & Miller.
He is working on film and television projects and a comic novel drawing on his experience in the entertainment industry. He helps organise London Writers’ Circle workshops and co-hosts the London Writers’ Meetup.
